Yes! We buy all properties with title insurance. If it was a subdivide the primary initial property (entire project) was bought with title insurance. This is supplied to you in the collateral folder.
These are all vacant land. Some intend to move a business there some intend to use as recreational, and others intend to move/setup a residence. I would believe the residence would take at least a year or two or so to establish utilities and move a manufactured home or build one and is probably a lower percentage initially.

In actuality 0% Interest when combined with the right yield is actually better than a 10% or even higher percent interest of the same yield for the investor.
The reason being is common sense. If you are the borrower and own two exactly the same side by side land lots each with the same loan.. one, at 0% and one at 10%, and were forced to choose between the two because of dire financial stress, 100% of the time you would keep the 0% and forgo paying on the high interest 10%.
