Are you negotiable on your offer price?

    The answer to this is…sometimes. However, for it to make sense for our business, we have to be very careful about the investments we make. If you can provide some additional information that will help us revise our offer, we’ll happily reconsider our offer price. We do our best to pay you as much as possible, but the deal has to make sense for us.

    If you are only interested in getting a full retail value for your property, we are not your best option. To get top value, you’ll most likely need to contact a local real estate agent with extensive marketing experience.

    Also, keep in mind that to get top dollar, you’ll likely have to wait for the right buyer to come along.

    Real estate typically takes longer to sell…especially in this market.
