Role Overview:

Core Responsibilities:

1. AI-Driven System Automation & Optimization

• Architect and maintain AI-enhanced automations in Salesforce and GHL, including intelligent record merging, deduplication, and data hygiene for accounts, contacts, properties, and leads.
• Build custom AI integrations for scraping (e.g., auction data), automated calling/validation, and smart record matching using tools like OpenAI, Claude, and APIs from Versium, Endato, or Melissa Data.
• Optimize workflows with Make and n8n for timing delays, API layering, and multi-step automations (e.g., "Skip Bomb" logic, mass SMS/email cadences via SMS360).
• Serve as a full-stack AI developer: Use Python for custom scripts, Postman for API testing, and AI models to automate data enrichment (e.g., formula fields for "Days From Auction" or ZIP code distances).
