Responsibilities
- Call and text warm and cold leads to gauge their interest in selling
- Qualify sellers using our EMOTA framework (Equity, Motivation, Ownership, Timeline, Actionability)
- Set 3+ quality appointments per day for our acquisitions agents
- Follow up with long-term leads and keep relationships warm
- Maintain and update our CRM with notes, follow-ups, and lead status
- Collaborate with your team daily to optimize conversions
- Property Due Diligence
- Answering & Responding to Inquiries by Phone & Email
- Transaction Coordination

What Winning Looks Like
IN ONE 8 HOUR DAY SHIFT:
- Calls Per Day: 75+
- Talk Time: 120+ minutes
- Qualified Appointments Set: 3+y
- CRM Records: Keeping CRM records clean, organized, and actionable
- Speed to Lead Always aim to answer calls/texts live as they come in, if not then within 30 min return call/text time takes to respond on average for the month
- Becoming a trusted voice that sellers remember — and respond to
Requirements
You're extroverted, outgoing, and confident on the phone You have at least 2 years of experience in appointment setting or sales You're coachable, open to feedback, and always looking to grow You hate ego and love lifting others up You’re driven to influence people, help them make decisions, and win together You’re tech-comfortable and have used Salesforce or a similar CRM You have a very good American Accent or close to it You have 2 years experience in both acquisition and Disposition of Single Family, and Land You have experience Commercial Real Wholesaling and Disposition, Novation as well but not required
Compensation
$100-$250 Per Transaction with opportunity to 10% of Each Acquisition, 10% of Disposition
